I thank Dr. Yashwant Deshpande for giving me an opportunity to develop web site of IMA-Nagpur branch. I hope this will help us for better communication and camaraderee amongst members. I will try to make the site as interactive as possible for all information pertaining to various activities, updates, projects envisaged, etc.

Dr.Yashwant S. Deshpande is the President of IMA-Nagpur branch (2004-2005).

Dr.Deshpande is a Consultant Surgeon. Besides leading the IMA team this year, he is a life member of IMA-AMS, Executive member of "Gram Arogya Sewa" since 1996. He was awarded Fellowship of Indian Academy of Medical Specialities at Delhi in the year 2001. He was on the faculty of teaching programme-FCGP (1992-1994).

Dr. Yashwant Deshpande is also the past President of Rotary Club of Nagpur Green city.

Dr. Ravindra Bhajani the Hon. Secretary is a young orthropedic surgeon to ably assist the President.
